How Do I Place An Order?

All the patterns offered on this website are digital PDF downloads. You are not buying any physical object, only the instructions about how to knit the items by yourself.
Once you click Buy Now button, your item will be added to Cart. You will be prompted to enter your email address for checkout, ignore this if you want to add more items and continue shopping. Your item(s) will stay in Cart until you are ready to check out.

Payment and Downloading

During checkout you need to enter your email address where you want to receive the download link. This applies to free and paid patterns. All the payments are done securely via payhip.com platform and handled by PayPal.
Once you complete your purchase, you will be immediately taken to a download page where you can download your product. You will also receive an email with a link to download.

Returns and Refunds

Due to digital nature of the products, PDF files cannot be returned and payments cannot be refunded.
